The process began with competitive analysis to understand the existing market landscape. From there, we moved into logo ideation, exploring concepts through sketches and whiteboarding sessions, followed by refining the final design within specific constraints. To complete the brand identity, we developed examples of brand communication to showcase how the brand would connect with its audience.

I developed a scalable system using Primitives, Semantics, and Tokens to create a seamless bridge between design and development. Primitives defined foundational values like colors and typography, semantics assigned them context-specific meanings, and tokens translated them into code-ready assets. This approach ensured consistency, efficiency, and adaptability across the platform.

We introduced a beta version waitlist on our landing page, featuring a dropdown menu during registration that allowed users to select their personas: Casual Gamer, Competitive Gamer, Professional E-Sports Player, Streamer/Content Creator, Enthusiast, and Other. This approach helped us gather valuable insights into our key user groups and better understand their needs.
